I initially called to ask some questions about getting my frm replaced fully prepared to have to get a new module. After speaking to them over the phone I ended up just going with a diagnostic and it was able to be fixed. They saved me money when the could have charged me to replace the entire unit. They were very polite and informative over the phone and threw email. They responded to my questions quickly and had the repair done much faster than I expected.
