Fast and timely manner. Sent in BMR FRM, diagnosed in a couple of days, replacement sent with the old bad unit. The video of the replacement in their test car is a nice touch. Good instructions to reinstall. Questions I had were answered fast. The car now responds perfectly with the replacement FRM.
