My son's Mini experienced the death toll, i.e. no turn signals, the windows didn't work, etc, and was told by the local Mini dealership it would cost over $1300 to fix it. I was able to call ECU Pro and have them.walk me through the process. We took out the module and sent it in. I received a call from them saying the part was reset but had water damage and they would send me a replacement. I received an email saying they shipped the part along with videos of the part working on a similar Mini. I received the part in a couple days. After the 5 minute install everything worked again. Using ECU Pro saved us over $800 to get the Mini running again. Thank you for such a positive experience. I would highly recommend them for any module needs.
