Needed to find out why my FRM was not working in my BMW. Sent to ECU Pro thru the mail, and within 2 days they had an answer for me. Prior to fixing it they contacted me first to see how I wanted to proceed, and gave me my options as well as the costs. I was able to easily pay online, and the very next day they sent me back my FRM via Fed Ex, and instructions for reinserting into my car and how to avoid the issue again in the future.
