Had a no crank/ no start issue with my 2006 Mini Cooper. I sent in the BCM, the EWS and the DME along with my key. They diagnosed and gave me videos of their findings. I needed a new key. Received it all back in a week! I paid about $700, and got 2 newly cut and programmed keys and a thorough diagnosis, I think it was a great deal. Now I can sleep at night and drive my mini again! I Really appreciate the communication as well! They answered any questions and cleared up any confusion. Highly recommend.
