So a simple (sarcasm) battery change on 2012 BMW x5D - shorted out everything. The BMW dealer quoted me just under 1200 for OEM replacement (600P+500L+tax). Absolutely ridiculous. 5 mins of searching, found ECU pro. Filled out the online, dropped in the mail, turned around in 2 days, shipped back in 4, good to go, at a SUBSTANTIAL cost savings. THERE IS NO BETTER WAY TO GO with a scrambled FRM module...this outfit is FANTASTIC...
