I appreciate the online process (though I still needed help) and quick turn around from customer to service to returning the parts but the customer service part wasn't it. I spoke to a male representative the first time and he was very helpful and seemed nice but then when I called a second time there was this woman who'd made feel like I should've found another place for help.
