Quick and easy process for BMW FRM repair. Tech support answered my questions on the phone before sending the unit and they gave me e-mail updates throughout the process when my FRM arrived, and when it was repaired and shipped back. They provided me with directions for reinstalling and it was plug and play and back to normal.
