The car was having problem with fuel pump not getting power. Fuse/relay was checked and in working order. So ECU was sent out for diagnosis. ECU PRO tech reset the ECU and found to have no issue with ECU. upon receiving and reinstalling the ECU, fuel pump received power and engine started right away. thanks.
