I sent a mini FRM module in for repair. It couldn’t be repaired so I had them send out a replacement and the original one back to me. They were communicative, easy to work with, and quick. I would recommend ECU pro to other people and will likely turn to them again if I have another issue in their wheelhouse. Turn around time not including shipping was about a business week. Emails were replied to in less than 24 hours on business days and usually within a couple hours.
