We don't know yet if the replacement DME works or not.
Instructions for proper part selection are unclear. Unit turnaround was not as quick as advertised. Cost was way more than I was led to believe.
Customer review system did not respond as expected. It took three (3) times to access the review system.
I got the feeling that every shortcoming is viewed as the customers fault.
