Overall I was pleased with the service I received. I was a bit confused when I opened the return package and read the note saying that the product was working fine while the email stated that there was too much corrosion and it couldn’t be repaired until I realized the EWS was working fine and the DME couldn’t be repaired.
In addition, when simply returning a product internationally, don’t write SOLD on the way bill. Customs then puts a duty plus tax on the value of the item. I had to pick my item up at customs and explain that you were returning my product back to me.
