2nd review: The service at ECU Pro was exactly "as advertised" on their website. They actually answered the phone . . . which is not true for most online car parts or repair shops. They were professional at all times regarding the explanation of their process, cost of services & how to ship our ECU to their facility in Pennsylvania; as well as the return shipping back to customer. We will use this vendor in the future should we need help with our Mercedes ECU.
