The ECU pros were very throughout with their work and communication. They did a great job explaining their service and the process needed for my specific vehicle. Great customer service and value. I had multiple pleasant conversations with the technician Dan who was incredibly knowledgeable and took the extra precautions to assist with understanding how to prevent further issues. Super easy to reach and super quick turnaround. Still adjusting some things but their commitment to customer satisfaction shines! Truly my only con I can think, and it probably just my own ocd, is I would have preferred their ecu pro sticker put on after repair sent on its own. This way can add where I wish. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend the ECU pros for all your BMW FRM/ECU repairs. thank you again!
