This is a straightforward company, on their website they tell you exactly what their plan is and if you follow their very easy steps the outcome is what you asked for. I sent them my DME, immobilizer and key. I signed up for the open bar tab route for a faster turn around. It took 8 business days to make it to the East coast from PNW and back. Unfortunately this was only 1 of my "many"mini cooper problems. But I'm one step closer to getting this wonderful car back on the road. 😆
All in all. I recommend the ECU team to all of my friends and family.
