Haven’t installed the repaired unit it yet due to a wait for battery replacement but the process was incredibly fast and easy! The instructions for removing the device were clear and concise (after I realized the vid was removing the device from a right-hand drive vehicle 😂) and everything was spelled out in terms of expectations and timeline for the process, beginning to end. Overall outstanding experience!
