by far not professional. sent unrepairable/ unreplaceable unit to them with a 10 day wait for nothing but an angry customer.
sent elsewhere to a small buisness who had it back to me in 1 day with a used unit. need to learn how to recover eis password if it is a service to provide as well as update time frames on website. also charge me a b.s testing fee when nothing was tested or done. beyond aggrivated and will do my best to spread the word through my small electronics community
