Once part arrived, they performed test and diagnosed quickly (within a couple of days). They sent me a video showing that the new part worked correctly on their test vehicle, also showed the diagnostic computer coming up clean (no codes) on replacement part. There was a bit of delay getting the replacement mailed out due to the billing department creating the invoice but forgetting to send it to me. I had to call and find out what was going on. After calling, the billing department immediately emailed me the invoice. After that was squared away the replacement shipped immediately. Technicians were excellent. I highly recommend.
