I sent CAS for repair for my Mini Cooper, they repaired it quickly and efficiently, they even sent me a video report. BUT there was a problem with the return delivery, they indicated my address incorrectly and did not want to call the post office to fix everything. As a result, I waited for the parcel for more than two weeks.
