Super easy and hassle free. Bought a BMW that needed the FRM module "reprogrammed" or whatever it is they do to it. Filled out their work order to the best of my ability( not knowing much about the car) sent them the FRM module on a Monday, took 3 days to get there, had it back on Friday, completely fixed and solved all of my cars issues. Highly recommend!
