I was very impressed with the communication and the whole process. I mailed off my parts and within a few days I received a report of what they found. I paid to have my ecu repaired, but they found no problems with the ecu, just the ews out of sync. They fixed it and refunded most of what I paid for a repair. They could have just kept the remainder and said there was an issue, but they were honest and professional. I will definitely use them with any mini cooper issues.
