The best thing about these guys is they gave me quite a bit of free advice before I even sent my unit in. They wanted to make sure that I actually needed their services before they just took the thing in for a diagnostic test. I'm very grateful. In the end my unit was broken and they sent me a replacement very quickly. Will definitely use again
