This is our first experience with ECU PRO. The service was just as advertised. We sent the ECU in with the CAS module and the key. They got back with us promptly to advise us the ECU was water damaged and would need replacing. ECU that was returned was a plug and play. We will definitely be using ECU PRO for all our future ECU needs.
