After one repair shop gave up and another misdiagnosed the issue, ECU pro was able to determine the issue to be a faulty DME and replaced the unit. After 18 months my driveway ornament is finally alive again. Only small suggestion would be to mark the defective unit (returned with replacement) but the included video of the DME running helped figure out which was the operational unit.
