Sent my BMW &50 Li modules to ECU Pro. Email communication was excellent identifying what steps were happening. Fortunately the modules did not need repair. They performed the security AWS sync, tested and retruned the modules. I installed and car started . At one point, I called and spoke with Stephanie. She was a great person to talk to and clarified when my modules would be shipped. Thanks for your service and honesty. Bill
