I was getting multiple faults on my 2007 Mercedes SLK 350 including oxygen sensors malfunctions and frozen /stuck throttle body. I contacted them and they recommended an inspection of the ECU. Unfortunately they could not repair the ECU and they reflashed a used ECU with all the parameters from mine, sent me a video of the replacement ECU operating in another car properly. I received the ECU yesterday and it seems to be working properly. The transaction was very straightforward and hopefully the new ECU will go the distance.
