Online form was easy to navigate. Received email stating they received paccar pci. Received another that they were working on it. Another email stating pci has been repaired. Very quick turn around. Received delivery of pci. Matched serial numbers to the photo I had taken before shipping it. Mistakes happen and didn’t want to install someone else’s pci. Packing also contained a shipping label just incase pci has to be sent back at a later date (under their one year warranty) and will receive another three months extra for this review. Just all around great. Will definitely use them again. Price was very fair for what they had to do.
