I had a computer issue with my 2012 MERCEDES ECU, I emailed ECU Pro and received a quick response, they explained the process and the time frame. Everything went according with the issues. And when I received my ECU it was ready to go all I had to do was plug it in. Highly recommended them, very professional and polite.
