I recently had a problem with the data port not communicating with the ECU in my E92 BMW. After considerable diagnostic work, it was obvious that the ECU needed to be checked. I sent it to ECU Pro who processed my request quickly, properly diagnosed my issue, reprogrammed the unit, and had it back to me in less than 2 weeks including shipping. It is back in my car, working perfectly. Many thanks to a great group who care.
