I sent the DME, ZGW, and CAS from my 2014 BMW 528i to ECU Pro for service. Their customer service was outstanding. I initially forgot to include the ZGW, but they promptly emailed me and guided me through sending it in. They diagnosed and resolved the issue, even providing video evidence of the repair. Return shipping was fast, and once I reinstalled the components, everything worked perfectly. I will definitely contact them again for any future electronic issues with my car.
