I read about different issues my Mercedes CLK 350 from the website offered by ECU PRO. The instructions for sending it in was easy and straightforward. I then removed my ecu and sent it to be tested and repaired if it was possible. I was contacted that they had received it, and the technician would test it soon. Once the test was complete I was emailed and informed my ecu was not a candidate for repair because of internal issues from a damaged component. I had instructed ECU PRO if it couldn’t be repaired to replace it when I placed my order. ECU PRO then sent me a email with a working replacement operating on a car. I then received an invoice and paid which was really simple as well. I received the replacement and installed it and the car has performed great so far. I was excited to know there is a 6 month warranty and believe that these technicians were a great choice and highly recommend them. The only issue I had, and I reached out to them about the box FEDEX delivered because it was pretty beat up. Not their fault but I wanted them to know. Thanks again to ECU PRO for great service! It’s rare these days!
