They did what they say could do and that was fix/recode my FRM for a ‘13 BMW X5. Windows weren’t working, dome lights sometimes, comfort access, HUD sometimes (after clearing all modules in ISTA+). Even iDrive had been not working at all prior to issues with FRM. Received back from them and everything worked as it should INCLUDING the iDrive which I thought needed to be replaced. Thanks to your team!
