They did excellent work on the Cas. They would get 5 stars but they had absolutely zero communication with me. I asked questions in my order portal, after I paid in full for a repair before even having the unit sent or tested. I had a question about what to send, no response. I had a question about it being received, no response, after they said the unit was diagnosed, they asked if I wanted it repaired, which I had already paid for. Then they said they seen the payment and would repair, but nothing after that. I asked if they were sending th unit back, no response. They just don't communicate at all with the customer.
