The only problem I had with ECU Pro, is that they initiated communication via email that had instructions. Generally when someone initiates communication via email, that is their preferred method of communication. We had to resort to phone calls to complete our transaction. Once we were in voice mode, progress was very quick. They diagnosed the problem spot on, and knew exactly what it would take to fix our problem. We went back and forth a couple times, and I feel I understand the control system in the mini much better, and the ECU they sent worked like a charm.
