I had a loose electrical connector and a host of faults (primarily D904: CAS, K-Can line fault) so I sent my CAS, DME, and a key for testing. They tested old and sent everything back. In the mean time, while searching for a damaged wiring harness, I found the loose connectors (how embarrassing). Anyway, everything is now working great and ECU Pro did not try to sell me anything additional I didn't need.
