I experienced problems when trying to complete my purchase online. When I clicked to complete my order the screen would blink and nothing would happen so I had no idea if my order had worked. The chat box person was very helpful and had someone call me to complete my order. This person was also very helpful. After the website issues I finally completed my order at 16:52 (quite close but still before the 17:00 deadline for next day delivery) yet my order was still not dispatched despite paying for next day delivery before 5pm. I let the person on the phone know I specifically ordered because I was available all day the next day but not the day after. She said she would check my order had been dispatched the next morning and let me know (my phone rang but I was showering and missed it, I presume it was her which I appreciate :). I had to reschedule a planned trip to wait in a second day for my delivery. My scores for customer relations would be 10. The website issues and the 2 day delivery knocked this down to 5. The item was also well packaged and worked perfectly.
