I was amazed at the low price of the fluorescent bulbs I ordered compared to some other sellers and I was very impressed with the speed of delivery (next day). Also, I had phoned customer services out of hours, but not left a message, and someone called me back the next morning to check that all was ok. Excellent service all round.
