excellent service and help with 'live chat' when needed. also kind telephone call to advise non delivery at promised time due FEDEX mix up. as a thought
might be an idea to suggest that 'next day delivery' applies if orders not received late in the day
eg mine was placed at 5pm...i never really expected next day receipt. all in all very good
