Tried to order on-line initially, but there seemed to be a problem when it came to making the payment, it just wouldn't take it.
I then decided to phone the order through instead, the Lady I spoke to was very helpful, took my order, and then tried to take my debit card payment, wouldn't take it. I was put on hold for a short while, while she spoke to someone else, when she came back she still couldn't complete the transaction. I will phone you back very shortly she said, while I get help from a computer technician, OK i said.
True to her word, she phoned me back in a few minutes, to advise that they had a problem, which had now been sorted, my order was now complete, and the goods would be dispatched that afternoon, it was now 14:30.
10:30 the following morning FedEx were at the door with my order from Normanton to East Hertfordshire, what service. I know there were problems with the ordering process, but 10 out of 10 for customer service, absolutely brilliant.
