I ordered some face plates which i needed the next day. After placing the order i got an email receipt. As i wanted to know if the goods would be dispatched that day i emailed them for confirmation, but the email to support@electricalguys.co.uk, bounced back saying mailbox unavailable, so i then phoned the 0844 number (this grated me as calling these numbers from a mobile always incurs a cost. However i spoke to a very helpful lady who confirmed my order would be dispatched that day for a next day delivery, and she then confirmed that back in an email. I then got a further email later on with all the tracking details. Overall very please with the service and price and i will be using them again.
