Had a problem but still very impressed. The ceiling switch I ordered arrived next day but was faulty out of a brand new sealed pack - very unusual. I contacted the Electrical guys and was assured a replacement would be despatched the same day to be delivered by 10.00am the following morning to enable me to compete a job the same day. They checked the replacement worked and It arrived at 9.45am. Job completed as planned and my customer never knew of the problem. We all know that problems do happen and it is how they are handled that marks out one supplier from another. Would happily recommend this one.
