Item did not arrive at expected destination and was delivered to a shop beside my flat instead of to a neighbour. This was resolved however and I now have my parcel so that aspect of service is good
However, due to the delivery companies error, I will not order again unless bulbs2go change delivery service as I need to know where my parcel has been delivered via a calling card.
