Excellent prompt service after ordering, but very disappointing response when making an enquiry to establish the suitability of the product. The initial reply was a picture of the product from your website which I originally looked at to start the purchasing process!!! So that was no help at all! I nearly gave up ordering from you but took a chance. I suspect you may have lost customers from the very poor response when customers ask essential questions.
