I purchased an electrical Towel Rail/Heater, which was delivered the next day, extremely well packaged.
Unfortunately this turned out to be faulty, but a phone call to a very nice lady had everything sorted out extremely quickly.
The faulty item was collected and was replaced two days later with a fully functioning towel rail. It's a great item which doubles as a heater as well.
I can highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of making a purchase from them.
