If you're happy with poor service then order with The Electrical Guys, otherwise don't bother. At the time of ordering their website said there were 640 of the items I wanted to order. One week later after hearing nothing about the status of my order, I finally had someone answer the phone. They advised that someone in purchasing was looking at ordering more of the batteries I ordered as they were out of stock, there are two issues here; firstly at the time of ordering the website said there were more than enough items to fulfill my order, secondly there was no contact during the week to tell me my items were out if stock so I was none the wiser sat at home waiting for my items to arrive. I did contact The Electrical Guys via their Facebook and Messenger pages and got a swift response outside of hours but they did not follow up on the email I sent. Calling this morning, I cancelled the order and was assured that my refund would be processed today. By late this afternoon I still hadn't received any communication. I chased again by phone and had the refund within minutes, funny that. Everyone knows how important batteries are at Christmas ! I will not order from this company again.
