I ordered a light bulb from you on Friday 13th and paid for next day delivery, so it was due to come Monday. It didn't come. I emailed yourselves on the Monday night and you called back Tuesday by which point I'd had an email saying that my order had left the warehouse and would be delivered that day (Tuesday 17th). It wasn't so I rang back to be told that there was no record of my item having left your warehouse and that the item was out of stock. The lady I spoke to said that she would email the warehouse and get back to me. I received a call today (Thursday 19th)to state that the delivery company had no record of receiving the item and that there were none in stock, so I had to have a refund. Not only did I not receive next day delivery but you sent me emails stating that I had purchased the item and that it had been dispatched when apparently it wasn't in stock. If I hadn't rung to chase it would you have noticed and given me my money back? I doubt it!! I am utterly disappointed with the service I have recieved and will not be using you again, nor will I recommend you to any one else.
