I have bought two 250 watt "heat lamps" which I use in my kennel in the winter. These seemed to be remarkable value but I have not tried them yet. When I use them they are on for about 8 hours a night for 6 months. I regularly use two or three per year despite suggestions that they will last for thousand of hours. Will be interested to see how these ones do.
