Customer Service, price and speed of delivery
You will struggle to find a better company than these guys in terms of Customer Service, price and speed of delivery.
I contacted them when one of my lamps was faulty, they immediately sent a replacement (free of charge) and it was delivered by Courier at lunchtime the next day.
