Product arrived very late which was due to a driver being involved in an accident, so I am not going to complain about him. I was disappointed however that no one contacted me to let me know that the delivery was not happening. I had to ring to find out where my items were. A nice lady looked into this and I was sent replacement items. Then there were 2 screws missing from the packaging but luckily my husband has many different sizes of screws and we found 2 that would fit. So overall my experience was average.
