"Item was packed very good but when I opened the heater, firstly had a sharp piece of metal scratch my finger, secondly on the corner coming away from the seal ( Tiny Gap)\r\nthirdly a dent in heater then when I looked a large bump. Therefore you can see this was not done in travelling therefore tells me that NO checking service applies at base at all for a customer to receive this is actually very poor service and most defiantly I would not recomend this company at all and I would not used them my selves again. One problem would be a annoying but three is disgusting."
NOW even to return as been a nightmare after all this time adventally Fedex collected all of this lacks commuication it most certainly could of been avoided !! I have worked in retail and you have to THINK outside the box each customer is different like incidents are different
anyway thank goodness thats gone NOW how long before a full refund..............
